WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?


We do not transfer or store your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless the organisation is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield or the recipient provides an adequate level of protection of your personal data.


Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA FOR?


If you have not entered in to a contract or completed a financial transaction with National Coach Network Ltd we will keep all of your person data for a period of 2.5 years after the last enquiry on your client account unless you ask us to remove it earlier. If you request for your data to be removed earlier we will anonymise your personal data as long as it does not conflict with our legal requirements.


If you have entered in to a contract or completed a financial transaction with National Coach Network Ltd we will keep your personal data on file for 60 months after the date of your last booking or two years after the date of your last enquiry (whichever is later). Unfortunately we will not be able to remove your data earlier, however you will be able to request that do not use the information to contact you and that we do not share this information with anyone apart from those whom we are legally required to.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?


You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £30 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
