Enquiries

There are several ways to make an enquiry with us:

For complicated itineraries, please email  enquiries@coachhop.com and a member of the Coachhop team will be back in touch as soon as possible.  

Vehicles range from 8 – 75 seaters. The average sizes are: 8, 16, 24, 32, 49, 53 and 75.

Generally, a 75 seat coach is the largest vehicle size available. For passenger numbers above this, multiple vehicles can be hired, subject to availability. Submit your enquiry with the total passenger numbers, and we’ll let you know how we can help.

For changes, please either call your account manager using the details provided on your ‘enquiry received’ email , you can call the office.  Please be advised that any changes to your journey details may result in a change of price.

 Yes, we can do any trips starting in the UK going to anywhere in Europe. 

Please check with your account manager. We can include the above in your quotation. 

We work with several different vehicles, you can see some options here. If you have a specific requirement, please let your account manager know before booking.

Quotes

Once you have submitted an enquiry,  your instant price should show within a few seconds. If an instant price is not available your account manager will aim to be in touch in 2-3 hours. If you have not received a quote by this time, please give us a call and we will be happy to help. 

If you have a Coachhop account, your quotes will be displayed on your dashboard. You will also receive your quote via email. 

Quotes are valid for 72 hours. However, all prices are subject to availability. Please check with a member of our team. 

To proceed with the quote you have received, please accept the quote and follow the payment process displayed on the screen.

Payments

To pay, please enter your card details on checkout. You can also pay through either Apple pay or Google pay. 

Yes, a deposit is needed to secure your vehicle. If your trip departs in 7 days or less, you will be required to pay the full balance. No vehicle can be secured without a payment. 

No, payment is required upfront before the trip. 

A preauthorised payments means your booking is currently being secured in but the funds have not yet been taken from your account. Your bank is holding the money to one side. Booking confirmation can take 2-3 workings days. 

If your payment has been cancelled, please check your emails as you should have an email from the Coachhop team. If not, please give us a call on 0330 995 2345

If you have paid via card and the vehicle has become unavailable, your preauthorised payment will be cancelled, and your bank will release the funds back into your account. If you have paid via BACs (Bank transfer) please send your account name, number and sort code to your account manager or enquiries@coachhop.com 

Secured Bookings

You can call us on  0330 995 2345  to speak to our bookings team. Changes can be made over the phone, however, if you have several bookings or a big itinerary, we ask that you send your changes via email to enquiries@coachhop.com - Please note that changes are subject to charges which are shown in our T&C’s which can be seen here

Yes, you can make changes, but please note that there will be a minimum charge of £50. 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to cancellations fees, please check out T&Cs for more information or give us a call, please send an email to enquiries@coachhop.com. Please note: any cancellations made via the phone will not be actioned. 

Yes, the driver’s details or an emergency number will be sent to you the day before your booking before 5pm. If your booking departs on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive this on the Friday. Please only call the driver in case of an emergency. We ask you to text the driver if you need anything before your trip as they might be on a rest day or driving.

After your trip you will receive a survey where you can give us some feedback. You can also send an email to enquiries@coachhop.com
